1800 GPM Drilling Mud Desander Without Bottom Shaker

Introduction

The drilling mud desander is located on the mud tank, and the drilling cuttings of 47-76 microns and above are separated by centrifugal force. Untreated slurry enters the desander cone from the horizontal inlet under pressure. The pressure and weight cause the solid particles to move near the cone wall and fall down. The fluid particles are pressed against the top and overflow through the pipe. There can be a vibrator to collect solids from the desander nozzle or drip directly onto the hopper.


The desalting capacity of this equipment is 30%-50% higher than that of the previous desander, which provides a reliable guarantee for increasing the drilling speed and reducing the drilling cost, and can also play the role of sand and mud removal in deep wells. Our mud desander is mainly used to remove finer solid particles in drilling fluid.
