TRJBQ series mud agitator is extensive used in oil drilling, natural gas drilling, shield construction, city bored piled and other non-excavation site mud mixing.

Drilling mud agitator is mainly used for stirring and mixing of drilling fluid to prevent the solid particles from depositing in its tank circulation system, making the performance of circulating drilling fluid stable, and mixing evenly. In order to keep the uniformity of drilling fluid and to suspend the solid particles, it is necessary to set up mud agitator on the circulating tank. Stirring have a huge impact in accelerating the reaction, dissolution and wetting of drilling fluids (eg. bentonite, barite) and chemical additives. Stirring increases the contact area between the phases, and allows the two phases to interact with each other at a greater speed.
