Skid-Mounted Pitless System Drilling Waste Management
Product Introduction
In the traditional oil and gas drilling site, there will be a simple mud pit of about 1,000 cubic meters, with floor space of 1.2 acres to 1.5 acres. The pit is used to contain drilling cuttings and waste mud. In the process of exploration and development, it needs to add a variety of chemical agents in order to maintain excellent performance of mud. In this case, the mud pit left in the drilling site becomes a "culprit" easy to pollute the environment. After wells completed, mud pits are buried in situ. In China, oilfield enterprises have more than 3,000 sets of drilling rigs, there will be about 10,000 wells drilled each year. If we calculate floor space of 1,2 acres per each well, then 12,000 acres land is required. That is, at least more than 10,000 pollution points will be produced, so pollution is very serious. In order to implement and follow environment requirements, TR Solids Control developed a set of drilling waste management independently. This system makes the mud pit disappear completely, and can realize harmless treatment during drilling. TR team has made our own contribution to environmental protection.
The oil-based mud not landing system customized by a domestic customer helps the environmental protection of oil drilling mud not landing again. With the continuous improvement of domestic environmental protection requirements in China, in order to respond to and adapt to the national environmental protection requirements, the oil drilling site also requires mud not to land.
Solutions of TR Drilling Waste Management
Solution 1
The system mainly consists of shale shaker, decanter centrifuge and tanks, used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The drilling mud after treatment can be reused, but the moisture content of treated solid phase is relatively high.
Solution 2
The system mainly consists of vertical cutting dryer, decanter centrifuge and tanks, used for the water-base / oil-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The moisture content and oil content of treated solid phase is lower.
Solution 3
The system mainly consists of filter press, chemical-adding unit and tanks, used for the water-base drilling mud and drilling waste treatment. The moisture content of treated solid phase is lower, but the working process is relatively complex and the equipment floor area is big.
