Product Profile

Elevator Links are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System or Hooks. Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel, heat treated and MPI tested. Additional material is added in critical wear areas for extended life. The design safety factor and design verification of the elevator links conform to requirements of API Spec 8A or API Spec 8C, any elevator links are proof load tested to 1.5 times the working load. Each elevator link of one pair is marked with Serial Number for traceability.

They are suitable for hanging pipes in the operation of well drilling or repairing. According to the structures, they have two forms: Type DH & Type SH. The weldless links are forged with high quality alloy steel. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8A/8C.

For perfection link compatibility purpose, not to use perfection links which have a capacity too low for carrying the load intended (dynamic+static), Warranty period of perfection links is 12 months from the date of field service or 18 months from date of shipment.
