Product Introduction
Float collar and float shoe(guide shoe) are necessary conventional accessories for down-structure of casing string. float collar and float shoe is a heat-resisting, sealer and drillable tool. it's join easy and replace for guide shoe and casing shoe. it's used to protection casing and production casing, also used to deep well and ultra deep well. it classify ordinary type and self fill-up type according to way of drilling fluid get into.
Float shoe is attached on the casing bottom and provide buoyancy to the casing string while it’s lowered, reducing the load on the drilling rig. The round nose guides the casing away from ledges and obstructions in the well bores as the casing is lowered. A build-in check valve provides buoyancy to the casing string also prevents cement from re-entering the casing after it is displaced.
Float collar is installed on the casing and up the float shoe. Like float shoe, it also provide buoyancy to the casing string when it’s lowered, reducing the load on the drilling rig. Structure and working principle
Casing float collar is mainly composed of spoiler, floating ball, the shell and the basket four parts. Casing float shoe is mainly composed of the spoilers, float,housing, guide shoe and basket five parts:spoiler center hole and float with the cone, can reverse the sealing fluid; ten basket for supporting the float, circulating wash well,
Adjust the drilling fluid properties, cementing job, the casket supporting float, float collar in tje conduction state, the fluid can freely pass:After the injection casing and cementing operations,float collar reverse pressure, float and spoiler with sealing surface can prevent fliud backflow, play reverse seal.
