Introduction
Mud Gun is also called Drilling Liquid Gun , it is mainly used to washout and stir the dead angle which the mud mixer is unable to stir in the drilling liquid circulation.Full stir mixing of drilling liquid circulation tank can make the solid phase uniform suspend, so that can be convenient for all levels of drilling liquid purification system to fractionate separate .
The mud gun in the mud system can also be used for transfer mud from compartment to compartment, like for trip tank compartment. TR Mud Guns are available for rotation adjustment to allow the operator to optimize the mud guns performance. The replaceable wear resistant jet nozzle is used, which is special design with better shearing.
The role of the mud gun is the use of three-cylinder pump or centrifugal pump to provide a certain pressure to impact the bottom of the tank sediment, and then stir the mixer to mix the drilling fluid, it can also be used to clean the bottom of the sediment.
