API Solid Control G Geries G40A-110 Single Screw Pump for Drilling Mud
Main Introduction
The signle screw pump is an ideal pump for feeding to the decanter centrifuge without shearing or agitating the drilling mud. The main parts are screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing. Because the special geometry shape of the two parts, they form pressurize capacity separately.
Screw pump is usually used for supplying mud or slurry to centrifuge in solids control industry with the features of good feeding capacity and stable working pressure. It is the ideal choice to convey the flocculated waste drilling fluid with high viscosity and hard suspended solids because the volume change of sealed cavity formed by screw and stator sucks and discharges the fluid without drastic fluid mixing activity.

This product is applicable for feeding medium which has the following properties:
High solid content (diameter of the biggest particle is 50mm) or no solid content
Medium with all viscosities (1mPas~3,000,000mPas)
Medium that is easy to be generated and swelled
Shearing sensitive medium
