Main Introduction
TRG series screw pump is characterized by smooth flow rate, small pressure pulsation, good self-priming ability, low noise, high efficiency, long service life, and reliable operation. Its outstanding advantage is that when conveying medium it does not form eddy currents and is not sensitive to the viscosity of medium. Therefore, it is widely used in drilling waste management currently.
Main parts of screw pump are screw shaft and screw shaft bushing. Because of special geometry shape of the two parts, the pump forms pressurize capacity separately, and the waste fluids flow along with the shaft. Slow inner flow speed, remaining capacity and steady pressure make it won’t generate vortex and agitating. Usually shaft of the screw pump is made from stainless steel. TRG screw pump is available for complete stainless steel body.
