1. Summary
The Model GNF HTHP Differential Sticking Tester is a kind of simulating test instrument with multi-functions. It can be used to measure the filtration rate of drilling fluids and the adhesive character of mud cake under the conditions of normal temperature and middle pressure (0.7MPa), as well as under the conditions of normal temperature and high pressure (3.5MPa). At the same time, it also can be used to measure the filtration rate of drilling fluid samples and the adhesive character of mud cake under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure (3.5MPa). Therefore, this instrument has realized the multi-purposes for one instrument, which means that we can obtain various data by conducting only one test and do not need repeated operations. Its structure is reasonable and its flexibility is high. The operations are facilitated. It is also characterized by its high precision, little repetitive error and accurate test results. The instrument can be extensively applied in the oil fields, research institutions and laboratories, etc.
