Valve body and valve seat adopts advanced alloy steel intergral die forging forming,and machining process is strictly,so that guarantee the accuracy of high finish and size.We use advanced heat treatment method for high strength,good toughness, surface hardness HRC≥60.
Valve body assembly seal material can be extremely wear-resistant polyurethane selected by the user,it also can be special configuration of synthetic rubber.Change of seal is fast and convenient.

The materuial of vlave body and seat is high quality alloy steel, which processed with overall forging and carburizing. Produce under accurate calculation and numerical control lathe, which makes dimensions of valve body and seat perfectly match each other, and increases service life of vlave body and seat. Under nomal working conditions, it can be used more than 400 hours.
